   • Overall focus of work may be lost
   • Includes a lot of client involvement
   • Less budget control

2. Linear

   • Inflexible
     • Less Creative
   • Waterfall
     • Easy to manage
     • Close control of budgets

3. Agile: XP

   • Client requirements based on user stories
     • Release planning meeting
       • When prototypes need to be ready

4. Agile: Scrum

   • Breaking down the problem into designated tasks
     • Close binded teams for each task
       • Regular meetings between team leaders

5. Agile: Crystal

   • Focuses on people
     • Minimises paperwork

6. Agile: RAD

   • Uses computerised development tools
     • GUI, CASE, DBMS
   • Is a quick solution, however not techincally perfect
