1. Back Up Data

   • Storing data of site so that it doesn't get hacked or stolen or possible if the building burns down, the company/school still have the data they need.

2. Limit Access to Data

   • the company/school can have security doors which only allow people with the security care pass or there could be passwords instead.

3. Encrypt Data

   • Encryption is the most effective way to achieve data security. To read an encrypted file, you must have access to a secret key or password that enables you to decrypt it.

4. Store Safety

   • you can store the data in a safe or off site. So that its there to use.

5. Uninterupted Power Supply

   • It is a battery conected to the server so when the electricity cuts off theres still some power to turn the server off.
