Spreadsheet

1. A Spreadsheet is a means of performing calculations and of modelling real-life situations.

2. A cell reference always starts with a letter and ends with a number e.g. C5.

3. Formulae are automatically recalculated every time the data on the spreadsheet is changed.

4. The data in some cells can be set depending on the data in other cells using the IF function.

5. When copying cells containing formulae, realtive addresses change but not absolute addresses do not.

6. Charts make information easier to read and understand. Patterns and trends are easier to see.
