     • Create a dedicated, clearly structured character guide written in English, featuring separate profiled for each Chiikawa character so the user can easily read and learn about them without the language barrier.

     • They need a website that is easy to navigate around and accurate up to date information about all the different Chiikawa characters and merchandise.

     • Their current frustration is that existing website about Chiikawa are often disorganised, cluttered with annoying pop-up ads, and entirely in Japanese, making it harder to read and navigate.

     • Simrat Skibidi recently graduated university at 23. From there, she decided to work in an Indian scam company where she recently gained interest in the Chiikawa characters.
