4. Advantages

   • does not get tired or overworked
   • efficient way of getting answers

5. Disadvantages

   • not as good as human experts to hand
   • usually only covers a narrow range of knowledge
   • menu driven
   • does not learn from mistakes
   • unlikely to come up with creative solutions.
