1. Backups and Archiving

   • Backups: This is a copy of the data stored on the network stored in a seperate location. It is generallyu saved to a hard disk and stored in a fire proof safe.
   • Archive: It is a store of data which is not in current use ghowever is stored in case of future reference. E.G. school work is archived for a few years once left.
