        1. Input devices are things that put data into your device and this makes the device complete.

                  1. Output devices are things that put data out onto a screen of your device.
                    1. Phone
                    2. Storage devices.
                      1. Memory stick.
                        1. Disk.
                          1. A storage device is something stores your data so you can keep it.
                          2. Mouse for computers.
                            1. Processing Devices.
                              1. CPU (the brain of the computer)
                                1. Motherboard
                                  1. A processing device is when the computer gets data from an input device and then it has to get to the computer through the processing device.
                                  2. Different storage types.
                                    1. Solid State: This type of storage is for computers and is made from silicon microchips.
                                      1. Optical storage: This is a type of storage that is written and read by a laser.
                                        1. Magnetic storage: This a type of storage uses a magnetic plate to everything on and isn't as good as solid state storage.
                                        2. The different networks.
                                          1. WAN- Wide Area Networks.
                                            1. MAN- Metropolitan Area Networks.
                                              1. LAN- Local Area Network.
                                                1. IAN- Internet Area Networks.
                                                  1. CAN- Campus Area Networks.
                                                    1. VPN- Virtual Private Networks.
