lsattr = list attributes on the file.

chattr +a file1 = Allow only append operation on this file1

chattr +i file1 = prevent from being deleted or modified

find . -name newfile -print = Find a specific file

find . -iname newfile* = Perform a case insensitive search

find ~ -size -1M = Find a file smaller than 1Mb in home directory

find /usr -size +40M = Find files larger than 40Mb

find / -user user1 -not -group user = Find files with ownership user1 and not in group user1

find /etc -mtime +2000 = Find files modified more than 2000 days ago

find /etc -mtime 12 = find files where modified exactly 12 days ago

find /dev type c -perm 666
