frontalis - muscle at forehead. raise & lower eyebrow

temporalis - muscle move the lower jaw & back to close the mouth

masseter - stronger muscle. move lower jaw up to close mouth when chew.

pectoralis major - in male. make up bulk of chest muscle. in female, it lies under breast.

external oblique & internal - found in abdomen.

rectus abdominis - help flex the trunk, assist breathing & support spine.

transverse abdomibis - located on the side of abdomen.

deltoid - muscular cap of the shoulder

trapezius - muscle move the head & shoulder blade

bicep brachii - located in the anterior upper arm, flex the elbow

tricep brachii - located in the posterior upper arm, extend elbow.

rectus femoris - extend the leg at the knee

quadriceps femoris - made up 4 muscle, flex & extend the leg at the knee

hamstring group - knee flexion & hip extension

gastrocnemius - calf muscle that flex the knee & bend the foot downward
