example extroverted versus introverted extroverted means that you draw your strength from being around other people and getting to know other people

spending time introverted means that that saps your strengths or you draw your strengths by being alone then you have sensing vers intuitive

in Western Europe if you think about how these work out if you're high in extraversion for example if your height and extraversion you should probably work well with a team

if you're high in agreeableness you'll probably do well in a supportive rather than a real competitive culture

value system can be either a terminal value system what we think about how the world should be or instrumental about how we get there
