Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day?

Shall I- Gives narrator a voice

Summers Day- Clear Sky, ‘hot’, calm, relaxingThou art more lovely and more temperate.

Thou Art More Lovely- You are more lovely than a summers day

Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,

Summer Storms- Rough Storms

May- Pollination- Plants reproducing- People reproducing

And summer’s lease hath all too short a date.

Summer is too short. We love summer

Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,

Summer is sometimes too hot

And often is his gold complexion dimmed;

Night happens

And every fair from fair sometime declines,

When you get old you don't look as good

By chance, or nature’s changing course, untrimmed;

You can get ugly by getting wounds etc as well

But thy eternal summer shall not fade,

But YOU will stay beautiful forever

Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow’st,

“Your whole body will always be hot” Mr Symonds

Nor shall death brag thou wand’rest in his shade,

Your beauty will always be clear

When in eternal lines to Time thou grow’st.

You will be good looking for eternity

So long as men can breathe, or eyes can see,

Your beauty will always be clear

So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.

Repitition

Clear rhythm, clear beat

Every 2nd words rhyme
