Hydrogen bonds link the bases together. These are very weak and can be easily broken
DOUBLE HELIX STRUCTURECaused by positive and negative bonds which causes the structure to twist (secondary structure of proteins)
A sugar-phosphate backbone is formed by the hydrogen bond between base pairings.
