• Information security (IS) is directly related to the protection of a set of information, in order to preserve the value they have for an individual or an organization. They are basic properties of information security: confidentiality, integrity, availability and authenticity.

• In computer science, hacker: is an individual who is dedicated, with unusual intensity, to know and modify the most internal aspects of devices, programs and computer networks.

• Ransomware is a type of malicious code that makes inaccessible data stored on a device, usually using encryption, and requires ransom to restore access to the user.

• The intrusion test, also translated as "penetration test," is a method that evaluates the security of a computer system or network, simulating an attack from a malicious source.
