Bonding
Ionic Bonding;
Electrostatic attraction between oppositely charged ions(non-metal and metal) formed by electron transfer.
Covalent Bonding;
Shared pair of electrons(between two non-metals) to form full outer shells.
Dative Covalent Bonding;
When the shared pair of electrons both come from one atom.
Metallic Bonding;
Electrostatic attraction between positive metal ions and the delocalised electrons.
