• There are many network types that connect to a LAN/ WAN/WPAN such as bluetooth that connects to a wireless personal are network(WPAN). Another network type is Wifi which connects to a wide area network (WAN) and is wireless. Another network type is ethernet which connects to a local area network (LAN) and is not wireless and speeds up data transfer speed. A final example is general packet radio service (GPRS) which connects to a WAN however it costs money to use it an example of general packet radio service (GPRS)is mobile data.
