    Neuroplasticity is way for the brain to make/grow new and better neurons and adapt to new and improved habits. It happens during synaptic pruning in which the brain changes over time.

    Neurons
    Neurons are the core component of the communication system in the human body, it transfers information to other cells. A neuron has a cell body, dendrites, axon and a axon terminal .The neurons change over time and grow more powerful but some of the cells we were born with have died because a of a  mixture made up of neurofibrillary tangles and neuritic plaques.
