About conditionals quizzes

GoConqr Original

What conditionals quizzes cover

The quizzes offer different ways to practise conditional sentences. Zero and First conditional includes sentences about endangered animals and saving water. Second Conditional asks about imagined situations, while Third Conditional uses sentences with gaps to fill. Mixed conditionals (2nd & 3rd) brings the two forms together.

Choosing a quiz

For a place to begin, try Zero and First conditional. It lets you work with two forms in one quiz. If you want to focus on imagined situations, choose Second Conditional. For practice with alternatives to if, Unless as long as in case includes sentences to complete.

Combine formats

Use a quiz to see which sentences you find difficult. Then turn to a mind map on the Conditionals unit page to look over the relevant form, or use flashcards for another way to practise. Return to a quiz when you are ready to use the form in sentences. Pick a topic and start practising.
