About leadership notes

GoConqr Original

Using leadership notes

The notes on this page offer different ways into the unit. Leadership Theories describes leadership styles, while Leadership Types covers transformational leadership. Other notes look at workplace responsibilities, listening to out-group members and the history of leadership.

For a starting point, read Different Leadership Styles. It sets out several styles, so you can compare how leaders make decisions. Then use Leadership Theories to look at another account of styles and make a short summary in your own words.

From reading to review

As you read, note the terms and distinctions you want to remember. Return to the relevant note when you need more detail. If you want a visual overview, switch to a mind map on the Leadership unit page; when you are ready to check your understanding, try a quiz there.
