Ideological Differences Individuals might take radically different views on the way in which society should be organised.
Differences in Approach Individuals may share an ideology but have different approaches to achieving their common goals.
Divisions in labour and power Individuals might be unhappy about their own position within society. Conflict may result from their desire to challenge the status quo.
