A switch is used to direct incoming and outgoing data between computing devices and the cloud.

A router is used to accept incoming and outgoing data from computers and the cloud. it is like a gate which the data enters and exits. a router can block data if it is malicious.
3wireless routerA wireless router is used only for portable devices that rely on Wi-Fi connections to receive and send data from computing devices and the cloud.
4fibre OpticA fibre optic cable is 5 glass coated lines that carry light. Light is used to send data from one location to another.
