Input Devices	These are devices that get data and/or input from the user, like keyboards and mice.
Output Devices	These are devices like monitors or speakers that output things back to the user.
Memory	There's two types of memory, RAM and ROM.
Backing Storage	This is required to store permanent copies of our files.

Arithmetic & Logic Unit	This bit does all the calculations and logical decisions for the processor.
Central Control Unit	This bit decides when to execute the instructions given to it.
Processor	Also known as the CPU, this bit is like the computer's brain and contains the ALU, control unit and the registers.
Registers	These store the next couple of instructions for the control unit and are a kind of short term memory.
Integers	These are whole numbers, either negative or positive.
Real Numbers	These are numbers with a decimal place, like for a currency. They can be positive or negative.
