- SSRI SNRI Tramadol Triptan TCA MAOI Linezolid
- Cyproheptadine(Periactin)
- Typically reserved for moderate to severe cases 1st generation antihistamine for rashes etc but also blocks serotonin ! good for serotonin syndrome
- Benzos
- for tremor for agitation
- Stop offending med
