   • Printed document that hold data from a database

8. Calculated Fields

   • Eg- age always changes, so to calculate it, the D.O.B is subtracted from the date the record was created

9. Sorting data

   • Data can be sorted in to acending or deccending order

10. Uses of a database

    • Print reports about the database
    • Sort the records into an order
    • Add, change or delete records
    • Search for a particular record

11. Updating Records

    • Records don't stay the same forever, so they have to be changed

12. Query

    • Complex Query- Looks for data with multiple criteria
    • Simple Query- looks for data in one fiels
