Internal Respiration (Cell Respiration)
- Anaeroboic
- NO Oxygen
- Muscle Cells SHORTCUT the Respiration process.
- But Makes LACTIC ACID (poisonous)
- e.g Runners pant after a race, to get rid of Lactic Acid, with EXTRA Oxygen. Or they get cramp.
- OXYGEN DEBT
- Extra Oxygen needed to break down the Lactic Acid. Even after exercise, when heart rate is still high and breathing rate is still high.
- LACTIC ACID + OXYGEN ----> CARBON DIOXIDE + WATER
- OXYGEN DEBT

- GLUCOSE ----> LACTIC ACID + ENERGY
