1. Databases are persistent and organised.

2. A paper base is cost effective because devices that store data cost hundreds as well as electricity, wifi and virus protectors, therefore paper (that only costs around a pound) is a lot cheaper than a computer database.

3. Paper when made, trees are re-planted where as computers cause pollution by being made from non-recycable metals and plastics

4. Data can be hacked and leaked from devices where as paper can be stored and destoyed easaly

5. Paper can be permanently lost where as files can always be brought back.

6. Easy to make changes. Lots of people can access it at the same time.

7. Computers are knows to cause long term and even permanent eye damage when using them for a long period of time

8. Paper can be easily used at any time and place without having to log in and set all the data up.
