1. Training and Support

   • What is the diffrencebetween trainingand support?
     • Training is when a user gains new skills for example training a user to run a report from the referendum voting system.
     • Support is when a user would gain help to complete a task or when they encounter a problem with an ICT system.  An example of this may be a user contacting the helpdesk due to an error message.
