Distance selling regulations	Protect your consumer rights, can cancel an order 14 working days, cannot return certain items (food earrings and personalized goods) and can't cancel contracts for specific dates.
The basic statutory rights	Goods need to be of a satisfactory quality, check whether the supplier is in the EU so you know the rights apply to you and the supplier can make a full re-fund withing 30 days.
Consumer rights	Retailer's responsibility, specific the delivery date, use a credit card. Downloading digital content no 14 days rights.
Spam	Electronic junk mail. Look for opt out box, have a secondary email address, set up a junk mail filter.
