- cast concrete to foundation level with reinforcement cage - 2—- Insert steel plunge columns in to concrete foundation

- 4—- Cast ground floor slab (also provides lateral support to retaining wall)

- Concurrently superstructure can be constructed

- 7—- Excavate and cast floors repeating

• Excavation for the basement to required depth (or formation level)
• Augured piles or other forms of foundation with holding down bolts in pile caps
• Basement floor slab
• Waterproof floor and retaining wall
• Establish grids for structural elements (column and shear wall) from the basement level
• Basement walling and tanking
• Establish steel column on the main support/bases (pile caps/pad/concrete mat on the basement floor) depending on the foundation type
