Question Answer
Tell us whether the two lessons Value System an Value Creation process help you understand what is value? The lessons help to clarify the concept of value, why it is important to us, and what we can do to identify, define and create value for ourselves, our partners and our customers.
Do you think it is important to understand your value and the value of your friends, partners and / or customers? Yes, I think it is important to understand the value of our friends, partner and customers as compared with our own value, so that we could develop positive and mutually beneficial relationship, and respect our differences.
Can you explain the difference between benefit and value? Benefit is something good, helpful and useful to a consumer, whereas value is something useful created by a supplier of goods and services.
On reflection, can you recall something which other people told you, which you believed to be true but in fact was untrue? How did you feel afterwards? I was led to believe in some lies told by a business partner, which I subsequently found out, and I felt being betrayed and I was disappointed and angry.
If you must choose between having all the money you will ever need and keeping good and loving relationship with families and your best friends but become poor, what would you choose? I would choose to keep good and loving relationship with my families and best friends; money cannot buy happiness. I would not trade relationship with money under any circumstances, as it would mean I have to betray my friends and families.
