  29. Dynasty 0

  30. Dynasty XIV (Ca. ?-1650 BC)

*Mantho gives no names for this dynasty, which apppears to consist of minor rulers of Egyptian and Asiatic origin confined in the Nile Delta. King-lists ignore this dynasty but according to Ryholt (1997, 97), the Turing canon once named no less than 56 kings for it. Few can be onfirmed from textual records, which instead provide a plethora of other, usually singularly attested names from the Delta.

  31. Dynasty XV (Ca. 1650-1550 BC)

[Manetho names six Hyksos kings, but the names are difficult to match with the textual record. Turin Canon also had six names but only one, that of Khamudy, is preserved.]

    *Maatibra Shesy

    *Meruserra Yakob-Her

    *Senwoserenra Khayan

    *Yanassy?

    *Aawoserra/Aaqenenra/Nebkhepeshra/Aphophis

    *Hetepibra Khamudy

  32. Dynasty XVI (Ca. 1650-1590 BC)

[This dynasty consists of a line of small rulers confined mostly to the city of thebes and perhaps certain other Upper Egyptian towns such as Abydos. Manetho gives no names. According to Ryholt (1997, 151) the Turin Canon probably named 15 kings here. There are also many kings who are known from monumental and textual recordbut not from the surviving king-list. The following have left more written material than just single scarabs and some are mentioned also in other king-lists, particularly the Karnak Tablet of kings]:

    *Sekhemra Sanktawy Neferhetep III

    *Sankhenra Mentuhotep

    *Sewadjenra Nebirieraw I

    *Sewoserenra Bebiankh

Simultaneously with at least the earlier part of Dynasty XIV there seems to have been a parallel local 'dynasty' of kings at Abydos. Ryholt argues that around fifteen otherwise inexplicable names in Turin Canon reoresent local rulers of this time . From monumental records are attested at keast kings Wepwawetemsaef, Pantjeny, Senaaib and Sebebkay

  33. Dynasty XVIII (Ca. 1550-1295 BC)

  36. [Establishing a complete and systematic king list for the Libyan Period in particular is very difficult. Authors differ widely in their organisation of the mid-22nd dynasty and the whole of 23rd dynasty. The listing below follows largely the most recent view of K. Kitchen in Broekman et al. 2009 with some reference to Aston in ibid. Dynasty 23 consists of kings ruling various individual localities, mostly Thebes. To it should probably also be added a Hermopolitan sub-dynasty consisting of kings Nimlot D, Neferkheperra Thutemhat, and Menkheperra Iny]
