Any movement that is largely composed of a spinal, full-body, or regional rotation would elongate or stretch the SN. In humans, walking and running require much rotational stability and power. Thus, a restriction could indicate weakness or tightness in one of the most common movements of daily life. Some additional examples include exercises such as a Russian twist, cable twist, and quadruped trunk rotation.
