Any movement that is largely composed of most shoulder and arm movements toward the body’s midline or chest will mobilize or stretch the SBAN and DBAN, e.g., low-to-high or high-to-low cable crossovers or levator and trapezius stretches.

-Cable Crossover (Low-to-High, Single Arm)
-Upper Trapezius
