How do we form memories?
- There are three major ways of processing the memory
- encoding: when any event, person, object or stimuli are sensed to be important
- storage: memory is stored or kept in the brain to be used in due time.:
- retrieval: process by which the memory that was once encoded and stored is recalled for use

Types of memory
- Long-term memory : our brain’s system for storing, managing, and retrieving information.
- 1. Explicit Memory
- 2. Implicit Memory
- 3. Autobiographical Memory
- 4. Memory & Morpheus
- Short-Term Memory:: is the very short time that you keep something in mind before either dismissing it or transferring it to long-term memory
