  1. Agility - the ability to change direction quickly and maintain control of your whole body.
    1. netball - dodging
      1. hockey - dribbling
        1. rugby tackling - side stepping
        2. Balance - the ability to keep the body stable whether still, moving or in a different shape by keeping the centre of gravity over the base.
          1. cheerleading - formations
            1. netball - footwork
              1. gymnastics - the beam
              2. Co-ordination - the ability to use two or more parts of the body as the same time.
                1. hockey/football - keeping control of the ball and being aware of your surroundings
                  1. swimming - strokes and tumble turns
                    1. most ball sports - catching the ball, Eg: cricket/football keeper
                    2. Speed - the fastest rate at which a person can complete a task or cover a distance.
                      1. athletics - running a race
                        1. cricket - getting runs
                          1. swimming - swimming lengths
                          2. Reaction time - the time it takes to respond to a stimulus.
                            1. goal keepers - saving goals
                              1. martial arts/boxing - blocking, dodging and attacking
                                1. racing - running the race
                                2. power - the ability to apply a combination of strength and speed in an action.

                                    1. shot put - putting the shot
                                      1. discus - throwing the discus
