   • A computer system is a computer complete with a cpu, ram, and relative electronics. (motherboard, psu, ect) along with the periferal devices attached (keyboard, mouse, moniter and other input output devices. The operating system is also required.

   • alu(arithmetic logic unit)
   • registers(mermory data, instruction, program counter, memory address)
   • cache(internal)

   • the job of the cpu is to carry out this cycle. it can do this billions of times per second (timed to the clock and measured in hertz)
