1. A hematoma develops over the two ends of the femur.

           • 5th: Consolidation
         • 4th: Ossification
       • 3rd: Callus Formation
     • 2nd: Granulation Tissue
   • 1st: Fracture Hematoma

2. Dislocations Occur

   • when a traumatic event disrupts the soft tissue surrounding the joint
