1. ECG will be consistent for pt. C/P relieved with rest. May last 3-5 min.
   1. Use NTG / Rest to control symptoms.
      1. PC: UA / MI

1. unpredictable ECG. T-wave inversion / depression. C/P is not relieved with rest. Increase of 02 demand. Increase of pain lvl
   1. Use 02, NTG, Morphine, Ca channel blockers, B-blockers
      1. PC: MI
      2. Relief of symptoms, with a return of ST wave to base line.

1. C/P not relieved with NTG, for >20 min, ECG will show a tombstone, 12 point ECG with elevated T-wave, Fever, Dyspnea
   1. Hep Drip, NTG IV (titrated), Morphine, ASA, Anti-dysrthimic,
      1. May require PCI, CABG
      2. PC: Heart Failure, with 80% of pt's developing dysthrimas
