1. Magnetic storage

   • More cost effective than solid state as it has a way larger capacity
   • Not as durable as solid state, could break easily.
   • In comparrison to solid state, it has a slow read/write speed, so is also less reliable.

   • Not very durable compared to solid state therefore may break easier.
   • Cost effective compared to Solid state, more for your money is provided.
   • Very Portable compared to magnetic, so is fine for travel.
   • Limited capacity compared to Magnetic storage, not as many programs will be able to be stored

3. Solid State

   • More durable than magnetic storage which means it is less likely to break
   • Compared to Magnetic storage, it has a fast read and write speed, therefore, your operating system, as well as data will load quicker
   • Solid state is more Energy efficient than magnetic.
   • As it has a smaller capacity, it is less cost effective than magnetic, so you are getting less for your money.
   • Has a limited read/write span compared to Magnetic.

   • Memory card
