File management

Have a main folder with lots of sub-folders inside
The pathway name for a file is structured like this: Main folder\sub folders\file name
You can save files on the cloud
1. One downside to this is you have to trust the cloud worker to keep your files secure
2. Another downside is that if your computer crashes, you've lost your files
A word document is .docx. A powerpoint is .ppt

File management can help organise files so you can find them more easily
How to get to file explorer
1. Windows key and e
2. Start menu. Click file explorer. Or search "file explorer" and it should appear.
