   • its an unpredictable task

   • people who make the choices for the business
     • managers and directors normally do this but they can delegate it
       • delegation is a passing of authority to someone lower in the hierarchy

4. agenda

   • a list of items to be discussed in a formal meeting
     • in order of when they're going to be discussed.

5. planning

   • when try to organise information for a presentation
     • poor planning causes wastage of time and resources
   • what do you need to consider
     • correct people
     • what are the important decisions
   • minutes
     • taking notes of what's happening in the meeting

6. organisations

   • centralised
     • an organisation where the decisions are made by one manager at the top of the organisation.
   • decentralised
     • an organisation where the decisions are delegated to people lower management structure
