QUALITY IN TOURISM
  1. There are four types:
    1. Product
      1. Tourism product is all tangible and intangible goods that can be sold in a tourism market generating considerable income for businesses. If the product is poorly manufactured, tourists will be dissatisfied.
      2. Service
        1. Service refers to the services that a company sells to satisfy a need for customers. For example hosting service. If you don't plan well, you will lose customers.
        2. Destination
          1. Tourist destination refers to all places and landscapes of interest to tourists, and they are known as tourist attractions. The places must be fully maintained to care for nature and maintained with great showiness.
          2. Management
            1. Management are the operations that are carried out to make activities such as travel, sales and business activities achieved with transparency.
