T stands for table spoon while t stands for teaspoon
In dry measuring cups, you can measure anything that YOU can level off
Zero out the bowl weight if you are weighing food
Top of the recipe tells you what you are making
1. Middle of the recipe tells you what you need
  1. Bottom of the recipe tells you how to create it
