Advantages and disadvantages of paper and computer databases
- The advantages of computer databases are that you can back them up easily, you can secure them easier and it has more memory than paper.
- The advantages of paper is that you can't hack it so it is safer in some ways because you can lock it somewhere.
- The disadvantages of computer databases are that it can get hacked if you don't protect it properly and if some one does physical damage to the computer then all data can be lost and destroyed.
- The disadvantages of paper databases are that some one can just rip it and destroy it easily, if you don't organise it then you can lose it easily and it hasn't got as much memory as a computer database so there is limited room.
