1. Concurrency

   • Multipul Transactions executed at the same time
   • Acid
     • Atomicity
       • Either Done or not done, In its Entirety or not at all.
     • Consistency
       • When a transaction occurs it cannot break rules. What is allowed and not allowed in certain locations of the database.
     • Isolation
       • More than one transaction occuring at one time. One transaction will not see changes by another transaction
     • Durability
       • When a transaction is done it is commited when done it cannot be undone.
