                                                            1. no stairs and walking around can result in having a sedentary lifestyle at work, therefore, weight gain occurs.

                                                              1. Car travel can contribute to putting on weight. People who don’t have access to transport can lose access to fresh fruit and veggies which strengthens the reliance on processed food.

                                                                1. Low SES more likely to be overweight because of an energy dense diet and lack of physical activity

                                                                  1. Reliance on processed foods adding kilojules to an individuals diet
