                                      1. The president could always say was an emergency and creat laws whenever he wanted
                                        1. People could talk about whatever they wanted in front of anyone
                                          1. If the president didn't like the chacellor then he could have him removed from power
                                            1. No one could stop the president doing whatever he wanted
