1. Create Appointments/meetings

   • This can be used to create appointments
     • Different participants can join the meeting
   • You can organise the meetings to different times and places

   • It helps people to manage their tasks by formatting the font to make certain meetings stand out e.g. Red to show a meeting is important
     • It also shows if their is a deadline
     • It can show who's job it is to complete the task
