Baudrillard Post-Modern Theorist
Baudrillard argues that representations no longer refer to real things. The representation has actually become more real to us than reality (hyperreality) and in fact replaced it.
Simulacrum; Is when a copy replaces the original
Celebrities are a good example of Baudrillard's Theory, hyperreality, because their media images construct a vision to the audience of a reality of which doesnt relate to the actual reality.
Images are now therefore hyperreal as they have no relation to the reality.
