            1. Tented Skin Turgur. Dry Cracked lips. Sticky mucosa. Longitudinal tongue furrows, Dry sunken eyes, thirst.
              1. Dry lung sounds, may have crackles (thick, stuck mucous). Increased RR
                1. Decreased output, increased spec. gravity. Decreased body weight
            2. Safety: Fall Risk, decreased tissue perfusion
              1. Replace Fluids
