1 Definitions
1.1 Health
1.1.1 A state of complete mental, social and physical well-being an not merely the absence of disease and infirmity
1.2 Fitness
1.2.1 The ability to meet the demand of the environment
1.3 Exercise
1.3.1 A form of physical activity to maintain or improve fitness. It is not a competitive sport
2 Health-related fitness
2.1 Cardiovascular fitness
2.1.1 The ability to exercise the entire body for long periods of time without tiring
2.2 Muscular endurance
2.2.1 The ability to use the same muscle group repeated times without them tiring
2.3 Muscular strength
2.3.1 The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance

3 Skill-related fitness
3.1 Agility

3.5.2 A sprinter needs to react quickly to the starting gun

3.6.1 The time it takes to perform a particular action or cover a distance
3.6.2 A sprinter needs speed to cover 100m as quick as they can
